From: Tom Willett on 12 Mar 2010 11:37 If you are talking about the pages within the FrontPage client, yes. Look in the helpfiles for spellcheck -- Tom [Pepper] Willett Microsoft MVP - FrontPage Since 1997 --------------------------- "116" <dweekley(a)stdgear.com> wrote in message news:6936D4F7-3B64-4A9D-9874-87FC2F445853(a)microsoft.com... : Is is possible for spell check to be run on a web page? From: Jon Spivey on 12 Mar 2010 11:53 Do you mean spell checking user input to your web pages (forms etc) or spell checking your own copy before it's published? The answer is yes either way - just different ways of doing it. Cheers, Jon http://MyMobileDeal.com "116" <dweekley(a)stdgear.com> wrote in message news:6936D4F7-3B64-4A9D-9874-87FC2F445853(a)microsoft.com... > Is is possible for spell check to be run on a web page? If this is for user input e.g. into a text-area input field (typical use would would be in an CMS like Content Seed, Joomla, Wordpress, or even a forum like the MS Expression or Windows forums). For example, with Firefox: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Using+the+spell+checker?bl=n&s=spell%20check&as=q The spell check is a function of the browser. I would expect other browsers (Opera, IE, Chrome, Safari etc) would have similar capabilities.
