Title : Sr Technical Project Manager

Location : Reston, Virginia

Description :

Minimum Requirements:

Typically possesses 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience, which
includes at least 3 years of experience in managing teams or
projects.

Typically requires advanced technical and business knowledge in
multiple disciplines/technologies/processes.

Must have extensive experience managing software projects in a SCRUM/
Agile manner. SCRUM certification is not enough - must have managed
several million dollar plus projects in pure SCRUM/agile.

Must have been employed as a Java or PHP developer in the past.

Must have experience presenting to Senior/Exec-level Management

Preferred Skills:*

- SDLC
- SCRUM/Agile
- Java (J2EE)
- PHP
- LAMP
- Continuous Integration best practices
- Agile modeling
- Rally
- JIRA
- Wiki's / Blogs
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Excellent presentation skills to Senior Management level

10-20% MAX to NYC office

Cannot stress enough how important the SCRUM/Agile experience is.
