From: Greatest Mining Pioneer of Australia of all Times on
That race has just been invented by Sir Jean-Paul Turcaud of La
Rochelle, France a few minutes ago & in fact of open boat consist of a
normal kayak with 3 holes in it for passing the legs up to wait level.
The Racers will have to hold the kayak at belt level with eventually
the help of braces, and race on foot of course on the beautiful now
sand track !!! .
The Umpire is nominated by my Authority to be Mr Arindam Banerjee of
Melbourne, the President & organizer Mr Malcolm Fabian of Mt Barker
and the fee for participating alongside the 3 world famous compères is
to be 25 $ per head.
All details will be completed as the time goes on, but it would be
wonderful, that it should take place on the 14th of October 2010,
that is the remembrance day of the discovery of Australia largest
Copper & Gold mine Telfer. 40 years ago.

A FANTASTIC RACE IT'S GOING TO BE !
LET'S DO IT !

(Why did this have to happen? Sir Jean-Paul Turcaud)
