Hi
I'm Running Windows 2003 Standard edition Server SP1, and have 16
clients running terminal services.
We run a number of programs including a contact management system
called ACT 6.0

The problem is that act constantly crashes on the client machines with
the following error message

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Error
Event Category: (100)
Event ID: 1000

Description:
Faulting application act.exe, version 6.0.3.979, faulting module
ole32.dll, version 5.2.3790.2492, fault address 0x0002bae5.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

Kind regards
Nick Saunders

Hi Nick,

Application crashes are difficult to diagnose from the eventlog. I'd
suggest you contact the makers of that piece of software to see if they have
a solution for you. It might be there's an updated version that'll fix this
problem. http://www.act.com/support/index.cfm

Thanks,
Drew
