I have no 2080 errors. Therre are no event log errors on the exchange
servers when this happens. It seems to be fixed right now. I fixed some
wins issues on the network

a 2080 is a dsaccess informational event for topology discovery that's
logged every 15 minutes. You mean you're not doing topology discovery?
That would be a real problem.
