John,

Under system events I dont see anything related to accounts.
Under security I have 2 locked accts that keeps posting to the log
every few mins.

Their is a user account that is locked that posting and "siteservice"

-The user acct is locked
-siteservice maybe something within exchange since i dont see it in
aduc

All the exchange 2003 services run under the local system account. The name
certainly sounds like a service account. Look through the applications and
services running on the box. Constant failures will cause Lsass to increase
CPU utilization which could cause problems for other processes.
