Just click the news link to set up the WU NG in Windows Mail. Have you checked to see if any error codes are generated, Kipper ? Open Windows Update in the Control Panel. Click the 'View update history' link. For the KBs you've listed, check to see what their Status shows. They should show as Failed. Then *right* click on them and choose 'View details'. The error code (s) are next to 'Error details'. After many attempts at resolving this problem I came across yet another idea in the social forums from NYintelligentinvestor, although I have Office 2003 Professional.
