Hi Marea,

Most likely the file is damaged, you can expand a new one from the Service
Pack backup folder. Start/run msconfig, click on "expand file" (general tab)

File to expand: kstvtune.ax
From: C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\I386
To: C:\Windows\system32
