Avast has identified the Win32:Adloader-AC[trj] in my pagefile.sys. When I
delete it, reboot and rescan it's still there. Any suggestions?

You provided only that it was declared by Avast and the name of malware but
NOT whnat was found to be infected.

You need to post MORE information.

Presuming that you meant to say "delete pagefile.sys", all you have found is
that whatever process put the malware in the pagefile is still doing its
evil deeds. I would continue scanning and perhaps with another av program.
