Here is my favorite quote from the article:

...."Microsoft tried to improve the user interface, but there's a
learning curve because it's inconsistent."

After a clean installation of Win7 Pro, I can tell you that
inconsistency is the LEAST of the problems. It is, IMHO, the worst UI
of any Windows version ever. Examples? How about no option for classic
start menu and a HARD-CODED double spacing on Explorer folder contents
in details view? Or how about that "feature" of whichever folder you
just opened in the left pane of Explorer suddenly jumping to the bottom
of the screen?

Of course, we are blessed with The Library and The Homegroup, two
entities that are about as functional as Charlie Manson at a Tupperware
party.
