I've installed the second update too, the genuine check went smoothly
But.. in the list of updates(the history) it says they both failed(I saw
that after I turned my computer on... it fails to configure updates...)

I didn't upgraded my system to windows 7, I installed it from scratch

The list of updates, the one that is accessed when clicking the
*View update history* link on the Windows Update window, is not
necessarily accurate.

The Installed Updates list that can be accessed from the link in Windows
Update or from Programs and Features is more acccurate.

* Please answer these questions: *

1) Was the system restarted after the installation of *each* of the
updates ?

2) Does the "fails configuring updates" message *only* occur when the
system first starts ?

Please download and *save* the System Update Readiness Tool (aka CheckSUR) -
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=914fbc5b-1fba-4bae-a7c3-d2c47c6fcffc

Once the download is complete configure Windows 7 to *clean boot*:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

When the system has been clean booted, run
Windows6.1-KB947821-v4-x64.msu

Once CheckSUR finishes, configure the system to start to normal Windows
mode by UNdoing the clean boot steps:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

* Did the 'fails to configure updates' message appear on start up ? *

If yes, CheckSUR will create a log at
Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log <--- this log

Please post the contents of the CheckSUR.log, RaZ1231211.
