Dunno, but Cisco's aironet stuff definitely can do what you describe. They public a public SSID and a corproate SSID, the two networks are either vlan separated or have separate back haul to the internet. Dabbling and allowing printer access sounds like it's asking for trouble. Probably better to give the guests a dedicated printer. Printers are notoriously unsecured and increasingly powerful, depending on the model.
