you must have used this guide for different ribbon icon conversions--what is
an easy way to link the the outlook 2007 screen to the guude so that these
two could be used almost simultaneously without having to click on several
link buttons?

thank you

Which guide are you talking about? Is this the one you are talking about:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA100898951033.aspx

If so then I suggest print the entire document and then place it near your
computer so that you can refer to it whenever you are stuck about something.

The guide I was referring to earlier is given just below. I was referring to
something online rather than printing a hard copy printing hard copies woud
eventually lead to quite a thick unwieldy binder

If you were joking that's good, but if serious I woud rather not follow your
suggestion

This guide covers the most popular commands from Outlook 2003. For the
complete list of command equivalents, download the Outlook ribbon mapping
