Hi

I have the same entries in smb.conf and a similar behaviour here, on a
CentOS 5.4 x64 box running Samba 3.0.33-3.15.el5_4.1 (rpm installation
out of the box). Although it's a bit different with directories as with
directories the w-flag for the group isn't set:

drwxr-xr-x 4 smg domain users 4096 May 6 17:22 Allworx Phone system
-rwxrw---- 1 smg domain users 3436377 Apr 1 11:42 IMG0024.JPG
-rwxrw---- 1 smg domain users 4538950 Apr 1 11:42 IMG0025.JPG
-rwxrw---- 1 smg domain users 3416192 Apr 1 11:43 IMG0026.JPG
-rwxrw---- 1 smg domain users 143240 Apr 23 08:31 Protec flyer.pdf
drwxr-xr-x 4 smg domain users 4096 May 6 18:12 R960 Printer Drivers

I figure, I don't have an issue, until my users want to delete or rename
their directories, right? :)
