Can a custom number format be created to format a value such as 9,999,999.25
to format 9 999 999,25? I know the # ### ### works to add spaces but I can't
figure out the decimal and don't want to change regional setting.
Thanks,
Jake

2007 Button>Excel Options>Advanced>Editing options>Uncheck Use System
Separators. Use comma for decimal point.

Same in 2003 under Tools>Options>International
