I'm writing one application , invoke my application while SMS/MMS received
, and do some processing.

it works well but keylock situation. when keyboard locked status and SMS/MMS
received , application should unlock the device automatically .

I searched MSDN , and found VK_F22/VK_KEYLOCK keyboard event could lock the
device , but no any APIs could unlock the device .

and how to unlock the device?

Questions about programming are far more likely to get useful answers
if asked in a newsgroup for programmers. If you are using a .NET
language, microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.compactframework is a
likely choice. Otherwise, microsoft.public.pocketpc.developer. You'll
also be more likely to get useful answers if you say what computer
language you're using and what platform(s) you're targeting.

I just used google (http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search) to
look up
unlock
in microsoft.public.pocketpc.developer and got 53 hits. I took a quick
look and _think_ you'll find useful info. I searched the same string
in microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.compactframework and got 22 hits.
