Anyone like to suggest some improvements to my simulation of a relay
switching a kettle element?

I guessed at all values - the inductor value , no clue what that would be
anyway

Thanks John,

so negligible inductance ?

You're welcome. :-)

Yup.

Hello Ian,

If it's abuot 240V AC, you should replace SINE(0 240 50) with SINE(0 339.4
50)
when you want simulate real behavior over time.

..TRAN analysis: specify peak value -> SINE(0 339.4 50)

..AC analysis: specify RMS-value -> .AC 240

Best regards,
Helmut
