I have this instruction in SPSS code:

Missing values score (9)

For clarification score = variable that I have created and 9 is the
value correspond to missing score.

Does this instruction mean that Score=9 are removed or kept or
anything else?

They are not removed from the data, but that will not contribute to
calculations such MEAN. I suspect that just like SAS there are
options to include them in some analyses, but in general they are not
used.
