Go to > File >Page Setup >Tab Sheet > and uncheck "Row and Column Headings"

Access 2007-Click the View tab, uncheck Headings in the Show/Hide group.

Either in Excel 2003 or 2007, just use ctlr + P (print sheet)
-> go to print "preview"
-> go to page set up
-> uncheck the "rows and headings"
