Outlook 2003 uses IE as its rendering engine. Are you using the same version
of IE on both systems?

When you say "works fine", are you talking about when YOU view the messages
before sending or when your RECEIPIENTS view it after receiving? Are you
using Word as your mail editor or the built-in Outlook editor? How are you
editing the signature when you create it?
