If you are having your exchange externally hosted, if all is OK you should be able to connect to it straight away. Outlook 2007 question I have two machines sharing the one calendar and display that calendar on both machines only. On this machine that doesnt have control of the calendar, in the To-Do bar, only the default calendar appointments for this machine are shown.
