I am using outlook express, and do not know how to check any junk or spam
emails that may have been sent to me and ended up in Junk or Spam emails.
How do check to view either of these.

This newsgroup discusses Outlook, not Outlook EXPRESS. They are
different products. OE is not a lite version of Outlook.
