Perhaps a simple answer would be:

Superscalar processors have multiple pipelines running in parallel.
Superpipelined processors are deeply pipelined processors..(may be
beyond 15-20)..which is why you call them superpipelined.

So in theory you can have a superpipelined superscalar computer.
