On boots, I get the following message:

Feb 21 00:40:17 crdcos4m unix: WARNING: /dsdata: unexpected allocated
inode 1812
493, run fsck(1M)

Anyone have an idea of what the problem could be?

Your filesystem is corrupt. As soon as possible you should unmount the
filesystem and run an fsck on it. Odds are the corruption is very minor
and the fsck will fully fix it.

Scott: Thanks for your reply. The trouble is that fsck's have been done
which fixes the problem until the next reboot. Then it typically occurs
again.
