Morning,

Got a problem with a mail server throwing exceptions when recepient MX
records are hosted/routed via MessageLabs. Mail server throwing <#5.5.0
smtp;553-mail rejected because your IP is in DUL>. The ISP hosting the
sending mail server is on fixed IP, its seems any recepient address using
MessageLabs to host rejects the conneciton based on the connecting IP from
the sending mail server.

Has anyone had a similaer problem or can suggest steps to resolve ?

Current thinking is to chase the ISP to chase MessageLabs to clear the IP,
also to get the intendend recepiant to chase MessageLabs from the other end.

Thank for any advice.
Scott
