library/application support/address book, but you should be backing up
the entire drive not just bits and pieces.

Also, while running in the AddressBook app, check out the menu item
"file/export/Address Book Archive", which might be useful, depending on
your exact needs.

Well, I back up everything using Time Machine but then I backup my
documents and some selected files on a 16GB USB Flash drive.
