When I play my timeline, I can hear my audio, but I do not see what I am
working on anywhere. I would think that what I have placed on the timeline
could be seen on the video viewer as it plays right?

If that is the case, what are the reasons why it would only play the audio
but I cannot see the video in the viewer?

Thanks.

=================================
Yes...the video should appear in the view
screen.

More than likely...the format of the video is
not fully compatible with Movie Maker.

Many formats are reportedly compatible with
Movie Maker but the most reliable choices are:

Photos - bmp
Video - wmv or dv-avi
Music - wma, wav, wmv
