Does each Quicken update generally include all prior updates or does
each update have to be installed separately?

In other words, if I install Quicken do I need to also apply just the
most recent update or all updates for that year?

Thanks!

From experience, yes they are.
The exe file is each time a bit bigger so it is likely that it
includes the previous ones.

You really don't have to do anything special. Just install and run "One
Step Update". It will do everything for you. BTW, the updates *ARE*
cumulative. You'll see only the latest update applied.

Thanks for your response.

Yes, this is what I would do if I was going to install Quicken now,
but I don't plan to (don't ask).

What if I wait to install it until sometime in the future? Like a year
from now?

How long does Quicken keep the updates available for One Step Update?

I was planning to download and keep the updates until I am ready to
install the software.

If you want to install it in several years,
you can download the manual update files now and save them.
That's what I do. I keep the latest patch executable so I don't
need any Internet connection.
And I keep only the latest one.
