Starting a week or two ago, we have found that we cannot update the OS
installation CD on SMS 2003 with the OSD Feature pack. We've been using it
for about four years and are getting ready to upgrade to SCCM (finally). We
try to update the CD (.iso) with new nic drivers and now when we try to
install through RIS or boot from the CD we get a blue screen, 6F stop code
with error: SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED. We have not changed anything that
we can think of. Anyone seen this error before? Thanks,
