Because Windows MSRT does not find malicious software as well as my other
malicious software removal app. (Spybot), I decided not to download it with
other updates. However, if I uncheck it for downloading, I get a Windows
Update notice every day after not downloading it and, when I check to see
what update is available, it is always Windows MSRT.

How I do I prevent Windows from notifying me about MSRT updates?

Instead of wasting your time trying to not install it, install it and forget
about it! It's a small un-intrusive program. Go worry about world peace or
something meaningful!

Did you try to right click and select Hide update

PS. This is good until next month, when the updates are due, then you have
to repit the same procedure.
