A while back, I installed Boxee on my system <OS X Snow Leopard>, used it for a while, didn't like it, deleted it from
my machine <I thought>. I dropped it into the trash and thought that it would delete all files from my app folder.
Recently. I opened up Console app and discovered what I will show below, which has apparently been running since:

There is no application in that file and I have also looked into ~lib/Launch Agents, System/Launch Agents , Sys/Launch
Daemons and have not found any mention of Boxee. I searched my whole HD, folder by folder and cannot find anything to do
with Boxee.

Today I went into terminal with launchctl list and there is an entry that looks like this;

PID -
Status 1
Label tv.boxee.helper

If this is what is causing the above to run, what command do I use to delete this key ? Will deleting this affect any
other files/programs on my Mac ?

Thanks in advance for all help.

It's hard to tell by the sloppy way you typed the paths in your post,
but you don't seem to mention the paths below with * next to them. There
are several places to look:

~/Library/LaunchDeamons
~/Library/LaunchAgents

* /Library/LaunchDeamons
* /Library/LaunchAgents

/System/Library/LaunchDeamons
/System/Library/LaunchAgents

Daemons is the correct spelling.

Oh I get what he's doing. He's trying to compare my rather obvious typo
with HowdyDoody's sloppy typing of paths, which has multiple problems,
like:

1. inconsistent use of abbreviations
2. inconsistent use of capitalization
3. inconsistent use of forward slashes
4. inconsistent use of white space
5. inconsistent use of carriage returns

Due to my typo, my paths aren't usable either, but it's readily apparent
I put way more effort into it than HowdyDoody. IronFist would rather
ignore that and accuse me of being equally sloppy, I guess. It's cute,
in a lame sort of way.

Apparently IronFunk feels I shouldn't have commented on HowdyDoody's
sloppiness. I have three words for you in that regard, IronFunk:

Deal with it.

I figured out what I needed to do to get rid of the boxee problem, no thanks to you. I come here for advice help, not a
lecture, which you seem to give most people, so I will continue to ask when I have a situation I don't know how to
resolve, and you can continue to be the person you are.
