I am getting a variety the CLRof errors I think are related to problems with
..net frameworks. I have a relatively new dell laptop (M4300) running windows
XP SP2. Within the last couple of weeks, I started getting the 'CLR error:
8007000b' message box with 'EULALauncher.exe - Fatal error as the caption.

I have since realized that I can not register any .NET components using
regasm.

Any thoughts?

The Common Language Runtime (CLR) error message refer to that the .Net
Installation is corrupt or the Application that Run/Complies the prog is
corrupt!.
