I'm having a heck of a time creating a monthly report for work. It has to
sum daily values and group them as monthy totals. It also will show fees
that are received once a month. I created a subreport for these fees but
they need to blend in with the other data.

How do I get the subreport's results to line up with the main report ones?

TIA for any help...

How about creating a main report based on the monthly fees and a subreport
of the daily values?

Well then I would have a problem getting the daily values from the subreport
to line up with the monthly fees in the main report.

With the subreport's boundaries (ruler on top and sides) I don't see how
its possible to align the textboxes from the report and subreport in the same
row?

I figured it out! I created a textbox in the main report and placed it where
I wanted it, then in its properties under Control Source I clicked the
"build" button and made the value in the subreport its Control Source. Then
I highlighted the subreport and in its properties under "Visible" I chose no.
Voila! Exactly what I wanted!
