I have read the existing posts. I have used scanpst.exe, I have opened the
file from the outlook file menu, it is a large file (1.72 gig), but nothing
shows. It is a blank file. It is a format 1997-2002 file. Does that matter?
What can I do?

Thanks.

You kept a backup of the original damaged file, right? There are other
tools besides scanpst that can be used.

What happens if you hit Ctrl-6?
What happens when you switch views to something like By Category?
