Has anyone seen the following error below which occurs when I open a pptx
document with the compatibility pack and then close the document this is what
pops up:



Application popup: PPCNVCOM.EXE - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x6360c4ad" referenced memory at "0x0215ea78". The memory could not be
"read".

I've not seen it - but I'm guessing it's not bad memory chips.

What anti virus software are you running?
