I am running Outlook 2007 and I am having problems setting up a account for
my msn.com account, firstlast(a)msn.com .

What exactly are your problems? Have you tried or read this article:

Brian, I have installed connecter and that works just fine, thankyou.

Just one thing is that if I create a message from my msn account it dose not
appear in the Outbox or the Sent box. Is that normal?
