I have a user who is trying to creat a folder in his Personal Folders and
when he goes to click New Folder an error pops up saying "The Inbox Assistant
could not be displayed. the Deferred Action folder could not be located."
He is using Thinkpad T40 plenty of RAM XP Pro. His Personal Folders are big
but not close to the limit of 1.8GB.

Any help would be appreciated.
