Hello All

Can someone tell me if I can do the follwing in one job using the
Office 2003 Custom Installation Wizard:

- Remove an existing copy of Outlook be it 97, 2000 or 2002
- Install and customise the latest version of Outlook 2003 with a
profile

Thanks

AJ

Yes, that's exactly the kind of job that the CIW is for.

Yes I thought so however I cannot get it to work in a consitent
manner. The problem I am having is that the profile is not getting
applied. The MST file will update the installation to SP2 but the
profile is not applied. I tried also pointing the MST file to a .PRF
file during the config but this didn't get applied either.
Any pointers?
Thanks
AJ

Is there any issues with versions I should be aware of, will the
Office 2003 resource kit tools work with all older versions of office
installations?
Thanks again

The Office 2003 ORK tools are useful only for deploying and managing Office 2003 installations.
