You haven't provided enough details for anyone to troubleshoot and
potentially answer for you.

Please provide your version of Outlook, type of mail account, and what
Outlook format you're using. The default format is Rich Text which can cause
exactly this problem for non-Outlook users. Switch to HTML or plain text to
see if that makes a difference.

In addition, if you have antivirus actively scanning your incoming and
outgoing email you may see this happen as well. Disable this feature or
better yet, uninstall and reinstall your AV and omit the integration with
Outlook. This won't compromise your security since your real time scanner
will catch everything it's been updated to catch.
