After installing and starting The Learning Company Learn to speak spanish
essentials I start a session and encounter this error message.

asrRecCtxActivate
Error creating Merged Grammar m_Launch errorcode: 92

I have tried to get assistence from The Learning Company but have not been
able get anything beyond basic "How to" install instructions.

What can I do and where should I go to help resolve this problem. I need to
use this software.
