I saved the preview of the dwt file and uploaded it. Is that what you want?
Here that is.

http://www.lorianassociation.org/Paneled_Page_Template.htm

If you want a link to an html file created new from the dwt file, I can't do
it because of the error.

Will this link do?

Any chance you could just UPLOAD the template page without the preview?

Yes, the page has been uploaded, but how do I find the address? I don't know how to tell you where to find a .dwt template page.
