works just fine with these 2 tweaks:

1. if monitor is connected via VGA cable (analog):
for crisp fonts - change system font "effects" from "Clear Type" to
"Standard"

2. for common controls & registry compatibility:
eudora shortcut -> properties -> compatibility -> Windows XP (SP3)
