Microsoft Windows 2003 IIS WE 2GB RAM DL360 G4

Does anyone know what this means below?

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: HTTP
Event Category: None
Event ID: 54
Date: 7/14/2006
Time: 3:07:11 AM cst
User: N/A
Computer: Server01
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 54 ) in Source ( HTTP ) cannot be found. The
local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL
files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the
/AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for
details. The following information is part of the event: \Device\Http\AppPool.

I also keep getting these and they won't go away using the MS KB fixes below:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Perflib
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2003
Date: 7/14/2006
Time: 4:29:16 PM cst
User: N/A
Computer:Server01
Description:
The configuration information of the performance library
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\infoctrs.dll" for the "InetInfo" service does not match
the trusted performance library information stored in the registry. The
functions in this library will not be treated as trusted.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

unlodctr w3svc
unlodctr msftpsvc
unlodctr asp
unlodctr inetinfo
lodctr w3ctrs.ini
lodctr ftpctrs.ini
lodctr axperf.ini
lodctr infoctrs.ini
They still show up after even running and rebooting or restarting IIS. They
just come right back event after getting the load perfs successfully info
event 1000. Event 2003 just comes right back sometimes after minutes. Please
help...
