From: Gerry on 12 Dec 2008 05:39 What is your scanner make and model? This seems to be a relatively new error and there are no reports using Google. I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall the software through Start, Control Panel, Add / Remove Programs. If that fails to resolve the problem you need to check with Xerox for updated drivers. -- Hope this helps.
