I am trying to use Exmerge to remove message from a users inbox, however,
when I go to the "Options" button and select "Import procedure" the radio
button for "Archive data to target store" is grayed out. How do I enable
this procedure?

Okay, I was able to enable the option, however, when I try to delete a
message from the inbox I am getting the following error in the exmerge log
file:
Error copying message with subject 'Delivery Status Notification (Failure)'
in folder '\Inbox'. (MAPI_W_PARTIAL_COMPLETION)

I should note that when I try to open the message in outlook 2003 I receive
"Could not open one or more attachments" and when I delete these messages
from Outlook I get a message "Unknown error". I suspect that these messages
were viruses that the attachment was stripped.

Can you hard delete the messsage shift+del? How about through OWA?

Thanks for the response and yes shift+del worked. Do you know what
exactly happened?
