Hi --

I'm using QP2010R8, and for the last week or so, I'm told there are no
new transactions when I run OSU. I know there are new transactions, and
I can see them when I log into Fidelity.

I finally deactivated OSU for my SmartCash account and then reactivated
it. It found two new transactions and matched them in my register.
Yay! Hopefully it will continue to find new transactions.

Anyone else seeing this? Or is it likely my account just freaked out?

Regards,

Margaret

I forgot to mention that this is an investment account with a linked
checking account. I don't use the investment portion, though that
account has to be enabled in OSU. The checking account portion is where
the transactions stopped downloading (just got a message there were no
new transactions), and downloads have to be disabled (in settings).
Hope this is clear.

OSU and my Fidelity SmartCash account say there are no new transactions,
yet when I log in at Fidelity, I have several. I won't have any
transactions at NetBenefits for perhaps a week, so I don't know if it's
affected too.

Last week deactivating OSU, closing Quicken, reopening and activating
OSU caused my new transactions to download. Today, no go.

Anyone else having this problem?

Thx!
