Help - when trying to upload any document (.doc. xls, ppt etc) to any
newly created or exisiting document library in a exisiting or newly
created Web site in our WSS 2.0 install we recieve the following error.

Form Validation Error
Please correct the information you provided by following these steps,
then submit the information again:

Web server is busy. Please try again.

Can anyone let us know why we are recieving this error and how to fix.
This is occuring on our live site so as you can imagine we urgently
need to get it solved.

We are also unable to created subfolders within a doc library - we just
recieve a "page cannot be displayed" explorer error.

Many thanks for any help.

Jody.

Already tried Mike and it hasn't solved. Any other ideas - it would
seem quite a serious and complex error.

No more ideas I'm afraid.

Mike - for your knowledge you might want to note that we fixed the
error by replacing database transfer files from back up of the BIN
folder.
