I don't know of a translated copy, but I only just learned that GB/T
1804 existed yesterday via Google ;-) Even the copies that ANSI sells
are in Chinese. The header mentions that the standard is equivalent to
ISO 2768, a standard which is available in English, so that may be your
best bet.
