So far I've got the wall frames up and the control room window installed. (I
got the glass cheep at a yard sale, two identical sized panes of thick glass
that were probably the glass inserts for a coffee table. $4.00 apiece. I
built a frame w/ 2x4's and ferring strips, making a double pane window out
of it, then inserted it as a unit into the wall framing between some cripple
studs.)

It's turning out to be a hell of a lot of work, but worth it.
