Daear, all!

I have a problem with the following:

There are some numbers in column:

10000
15252
32545
1545

I need an avarage growth/drop for these couple of years.
I've tried with XIRR formula (but does add-ins do not function).

So, i need the formula to see how much growth or drops were in between first
and the last year??? any clue???? math operation,...
